1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ERC System (Emergency Response Coordination platform), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. This platform is operated by the Medical Cadet Corps (MCC), an auxiliary of the Florida Conference of Seventh-day Adventists. Use is restricted to authorized registered members and administrative personnel only. The ERC System is developed, hosted, and operated by brand registrant Earl A. Wilson and Nexus Digital LLC as an authorized operational coordination platform for the West Palm Beach Medical Cadet Corps.
2. Authorized Use
This platform is provided solely for internal emergency coordination, training management, and member accountability purposes. Unauthorized access, data scraping, or use of this system for any purpose outside of authorized MCC operations is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and referral to appropriate authorities.
3. SMS Messaging Terms
By registering as a member with a phone number on file, you consent to receive SMS text messages for operational purposes including emergency alerts, training reminders, and unit recall notifications. These messages are sent via a registered 10DLC (10-Digit Long Code) campaign approved for Informational / Emergency Alert use.
- Message frequency varies based on unit operational tempo and emergency status
- Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out of all SMS communications
- Reply HELP to receive assistance or contact your unit administrator
- Opting out of SMS does not remove you from the platform
SMS Enrollment is Optional and Voluntary
SMS text message enrollment is entirely optional and strictly voluntary. Providing a mobile phone number and consenting to SMS communications is not a condition of membership, enrollment, or participation in the Medical Cadet Corps. Members who do not wish to receive text messages, or who opt out at any time by replying STOP, will not be penalized, restricted, or denied any rights, benefits, or opportunities within the corps. All emergency and operational notifications remain accessible through the member portal and email regardless of SMS enrollment status.
4. Member Responsibilities
Members using this platform agree to:
- Maintain accurate personal and contact information at all times
- Keep login credentials confidential and not share account access
- Report any data inaccuracies or unauthorized access to their unit administrator
- Use the platform only for its intended operational purposes
- Submit only authentic, unaltered documentation during compliance and certification uploads
5. Limitation of Liability
The ERC System is an operational coordination tool and is not a substitute for official emergency services. In any life-threatening situation, contact 911 immediately. The Medical Cadet Corps and Florida Conference make no warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or completeness of information provided through this platform during active emergency conditions.
6. Intellectual Property
All platform design, code, and content are the property of the Florida Conference of Seventh-day Adventists and Nexus Digital LLC. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alachua County, Florida.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
